Pay360 has now been replaced by Arbor Parent Portal for school online payments such as meals, trips and events. Parents have been sent details of how to log in to the portal via Parentmail. If you need help with the Arbor parent portal or App please contact the school office or see below.
An account has been set up for you. To finish creating this account:
- Go to
- Enter your email address. This should be the same as the email address we have sent this email to.
- Click Forgot your Password and set a new a password
- Click to accept the terms and conditions
To verify your account, you will need to enter the date of birth of one of your children. If you have any queries or issues regarding setting up your account please visit the Arbor Help at or contact the school office.
The Arbor App is the mobile version of our Parent Portal, for use on mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets. You can download the Arbor App for free from either the Play store for Android phones or the App Store for IOS. You can download the App and begin using it straight away. You will need to log in using the same username (email) and password.
You can now make payments for school meals, trips and other school products and activities (as they are set up) by simply logging into the Parent Portal/App. Your child’s school meal balance from our previous system has been transferred and will show in the Parent Portal.
